How We Work
Every job starts with a free, no-obligation measurement visit. We come to you, measure each window precisely, assess the reveals and mounting, and bring fabric sample books so you can choose colours and openness factors in your own rooms under the natural light you actually live with — not from a screen, where fabrics read completely differently. You then receive a clear, itemised written quote based on the measured sizes, with manual and motorised options priced separately so you can decide what's worth it.
Once you approve the quote, standard stocked fabrics are fabricated and installed within about 5–10 working days; special-order colours take a little longer. A typical villa is installed in 2–4 hours, and for motorised systems we configure and test every motor — including app and smart-home setup where fitted — before we leave. For new builds we can install at the construction stage and recess headrails into ceiling pockets for an invisible finish.
